Sales Lead

EnFi is seeking an experienced Go To Market / Sales Lead to drive our growth in the private credit and institutional lending markets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that drive adoption of our AI-powered credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🗺️ Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for EnFi's solutions
  • 📈 Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach
  • 🎤 Represent EnFi at conferences and trade shows, delivering compelling presentations
  • 🤝 Navigate complex sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders
  • 🔗 Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market needs into features
  • 📊 Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to leadership
  • 📚 Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services sales, focused on private credit and/or institutional lending 💼
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment 🏆
  • Deep understanding of lending workflows, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management processes 📝
  • Strong network of contacts within the private credit and institutional lending community 🌐
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex value propositions 🗣️
  • Experience selling innovative technology solutions into financial institutions 💻

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in financial services 🤖
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools 📊
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment affecting private credit and institutional lending ⚖️
