Sales Lead
EnFi is seeking an experienced Go To Market / Sales Lead to drive our growth in the private credit and institutional lending markets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that drive adoption of our AI-powered credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🗺️ Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for EnFi's solutions
- 📈 Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach
- 🎤 Represent EnFi at conferences and trade shows, delivering compelling presentations
- 🤝 Navigate complex sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders
- 🔗 Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market needs into features
- 📊 Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to leadership
- 📚 Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in financial services sales, focused on private credit and/or institutional lending 💼
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment 🏆
- Deep understanding of lending workflows, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management processes 📝
- Strong network of contacts within the private credit and institutional lending community 🌐
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex value propositions 🗣️
- Experience selling innovative technology solutions into financial institutions 💻
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in financial services 🤖
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools 📊
