To succeed on this unique mission we’re seeking an innovative business leader. In this new position you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing GM’s ambitious re-commerce growth plans. You’ll lead a small team of sales and account managers and be accountable for both, seller acquisition and financial performance of our re-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Re-Commerce Growth: Develop and implement sales and acquisition strategies to expand the re-commerce business, delivering strong revenue performance and market penetration.

Team Leadership: Manage and coach a dedicated team of highly committed sales specialists, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.

Revenue & Budget Management: Oversee all of GM’s subscription revenue business and re-commerce revenues, ensuring fast growth and hitting ambitious goals.

Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, online retailers, and distribution partners to drive business expansion of GM’s re-commerce unit.

Professional Seller Strategy: Define and own the strategy for acquiring and managing B2C sellers, ensuring the right mix of partners to support GM’s mission of growing sustainable consumption in Switzerland.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal product and engineering teams, GM leadership, as well as external partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Completed studies in business administration or marketing
- Several years of relevant industry experience (ecommerce, retail), including sales
- Revenue / P&L responsibility
- 2+ years in people management
- Good product management acumen
- Outstanding communicator and sales motivation
- Excellent stakeholder management
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset
- High level of maturity with a confident demeanor
- Sound analytical skills
