The Opportunity
As a member of the Trocaire DRC Country Program and member of Country Management Team, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of Country Program to establish strategic priorities and lead development aligned with the Country Program Strategy as well as to ensure the creation and effective execution of superior programs helping the poor and vulnerable. You will play a key role in safeguarding the capacity of staff and local partners is reinforced to implement high quality programming. Your management, leadership and expertise will guarantee that the Country Program delivers efficient programming and constantly works towards improving the impact of its programming.
