We are seeking a Head of Product for one of Byborg Enterprises' successful product, which provides spiritual guidance and divination.   • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement growth/business strategies that align with the company's vision for the product. Responsible for the vision, scope, and scale of the product.
  • Present growth recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product development, growth strategies, and decision- making.
  • Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and tools to track and measure product performance, user engagement, and business KPIs. Translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize growth initiatives based on performance metrics.
  • Define clear project milestones and KPIs for product development and business growth. Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.
  • Monitor progress toward goals and take corrective actions as needed to ensure on-time strategy execution and achievement of objectives. Groom and prioritize backlog.
  • Grow, develop, lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional product team. Act as a matrix leader and collaborate across business analyst and design teams.
  • Provide hands-on support to the team in identifying and solving problems.
  • Provide effective communication to the team including business strategy, defined requirements, and senior management expectations.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the product (including new requirements and prioritizing backlog items).
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on project status and outcomes.
  • Drive further activities as requested by the line manager or top management.
  • MSc or BSc in Business/Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Min 5+ years’ experience online product management, game theory, mobile application development. Familiar with mobile marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading business development and product teams. Extensive experience in data analytics, marketing and other business decision supporting software
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes Fluent English command
