What’s the Role?
As the Head of Product for IVMS
at AiDash, you will craft the vision and strategy for our key revenue-generating, flagship product: Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS).
Reporting to our VP of Product and working closely with our Co-Founder & Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution for this product portfolio. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS go-to-market sales motion and a sharp eye for product positioning and packaging.
IVMS is a deep domain vertical SaaS product, and as the Head of Product for IVMS, you will collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to create and roll out innovative products that blend AI-powered insights with simple and intuitive workflows.
What will you do?
- Develop and drive product strategy by aligning company vision and goals with market insights, customer needs, and the latest AI/ML capabilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to growth, enabling large enterprises to optimize operations and enhance resiliency
- Strategize and collaborate with sales and product marketing teams on distribution and pricing
- Own the product roadmap and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, effectively managing short-term and long-term trade-offs
- Define and drive key metrics around adoption and usage, partnering with customer success to gather and leverage customer feedback
What are you we looking for?
- 10-12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, with at least 6 years leading product teams in high-growth, fast-paced startups
- Demonstrated success in creating innovative and compelling software products or platforms that delight customers and generate significant revenue and market differentiation
- Expertise in employing product strategy, product sense and design thinking, to develop robust products. Experience working with AI/ML and Data Science techniques will be a plus
- Proven experience in building B2B (or B2C) SaaS products with a strong customer-centric approach. Experience building Ai/ML-enabled products will be a plus
- Extensive experience in defining, developing, and managing a product roadmap from concept to scale, while effectively collaborating across functions

Position Location: This position is available in San Jose, CA. We operate as a hybrid company, with twice a week in-office days in our San Jose office location
