About The Role
The Head of Product - Direct Hirer is responsible for managing, defining, building and delivering products that transform our business model for hirers.
As owner of a high profile strategic product portfolio, the role has responsibility for products, services and new initiatives of high strategic importance, dedicated to solving important problems for SEEK and hirers.
This role will also be responsible for the leadership of a highly capable team of product experts.

Proven Product Leadership: You’ve got experience in product management, ideally in B2B, B2C, online marketplaces or ecommerce. You’ve led multi-functional teams and have a deep understanding of how to guide products through every stage of the lifecycle—from discovery to development to optimization.
