YOUR ROLE AS HEAD OF PRODUCT AT 0x
As the Head of Product at 0x, you’ll lead our Product team, overseeing our consumer product, Matcha, and our developer platform. Your mission will be to ensure our product development organizations are operating at the highest level.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge communication and drive alignment across leadership, product, design, engineering, and data. You'll help the team maintain a healthy pace for long-term sustainability by carefully balancing velocity vs. technical debt. You will have key influence on our product roadmap and company culture, and be a champion of both.
On any given day, you may work with leadership on business or organizational strategy, make priority calls on roadmap items and feature vs. technical debt tradeoffs, coach team members across a myriad of functions, develop a strong product management bench, and/or review a feature specification.
We're seeking a visionary Product Leader to spearhead our product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll align our founder's vision with strategic product roadmaps, mentor the product management team, and drive cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will balance data-driven decision-making with intuitive product sense, implementing best practices and frameworks that elevate our product development process and organizational efficiency.
