Greenhouse is looking for a Head of Purchasing to join our team!
As the Head of Procurement, you will be at the forefront of our procurement efforts, playing a pivotal role in securing the best resources, services, and tools for our company. You will have the unique opportunity to shape and elevate Greenhouse's procurement practices establishing strategic direction, processes, and best practices while leading initiatives that drive value for the entire business. You will work closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure that Greenhouse is getting the best possible value.

The national pay range for this role is $153,300-$230,000 annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
