Our Values
Private-equity backed companies have a strong focus on cash performance and cash reporting, and therefore are a particularly powerful ICP for Agicap.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Private Equity Practice Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with Private Equity (PE) funds across Europe. Your primary goal will be to generate sales opportunities and revenue with their portfolio companies, which will be managed by our dedicated sales team.
You will report to our Global VP Partnerships and work closely with our Chief Sales Officer and Chief Business Development Officer.
🏹 What you will do :
Develop a PE program with specific advantages and incentives for PE funds and their European portfolio companies.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage with key decision-makers of PE funds and their portfolio companies.
Generate referrals and influence from PE funds with their portfolio companies, and hit your ARR target.
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless handover and joint management of sales opportunities with you and the relevant PE team members. Join sales calls and provide meaningful guidance.
Represent Agicap at PE events, conferences, and meetings to promote our solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and sales opportunities within the PE sector.
Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings for PE-backed companies.
🔍 What we are looking for :
Proven experience in a sales or partnership role within the Private Equity or financial services industry.
Strong network of contacts within the PE community across Europe.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
