  • Salary:                      Up to £70k per annum + £6k car allowance
  • Contract Type:          Permanent, Full Time
  • Working Style:          Hybrid 
  • Hours:                       37.5 hrs per week
  • Working Pattern:       7.5 hours per day between 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)

What does a day look like for you here? 

Working on hybrid basis, you'll be part of a friendly team who provide a high level of HR support to the whole business. You'll have the opportunity to lead HR projects, initiatives and activities that will contribute to the overall company performance whilst driving colleague development and ensuring the business is continuously improving through effective HR management whilst ensuring that legislation is adhered to. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the transformation and embedding of the organisations culture and will be expected to champion the values though strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.

You'll be leading a team of 6 that provide transactional support for all People related activity to include all colleague lifecycle and employee relations activity .Supporting managers on operational people relations matters, TUPE and employment tribunals to minimise business risk. You'll also be a team player, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Learning and Development.

You should also have:

  • A proven record of success working as a HR BP or in a senior management level role, looking to make the next step
  • An understanding and experience of Mergers and Acquisitions, feeling comfortable to run from a HR perspective. 
  • Excellent employment law knowledge
  • An ability to be well organised in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and conscientious approach to work and willing to get involved at all levels to deliver results
  • An eye for initiating action, to influence others and challenge as appropriate
