What you’ll be doing
Lead and inspire a high-performing People team that can support our rapid growth while maintaining a culture of trust, collaboration, and transparency.
Ensure our core values remain front and center as we scale. You’ll actively promote a high-performing workplace where employees feel valued and empowered.
Help create frameworks for performance management, career development, and leadership that support employees at every stage of their journey with us.
Manage compensation and benefits, and ensure all processes align with Dutch labor laws and CAO regulations.
Continuously improve engagement and retention using data-driven insights to ensure our employees feel heard, valued, and supported.
Drive efficiency across all People functions, from payroll and benefits to employee relations, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Quatt is an ambitious startup revolutionizing sustainable heating with smart, hybrid heat pumps. Using advanced AI tech and D2C sales, they aim to make eco-friendly heating accessible and cost-effective for all.
