THE ROLE
As the Head of People & Culture at Land Life, you’ll be at the heart of Land Life’s growth journey, shaping and nurturing our company culture and ensuring that every individual feels valued, supported and empowered and is able to perform at the best of their ability. As we navigate through a period of rapid growth, your leadership skills and ability to influence others will be instrumental. Together with our Management Team, you'll translate our strategic vision into HR initiatives that drive engagement, foster talent, and boost organizational effectiveness. Furthermore you will be responsible for all People related projects, such as our performance management, and will collaborate with our People Operations Manager to make sure our operations run as smoothly as possible. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Other than that, you will:
Develop and implement a visionary HR Strategy aligned with Land Life's growth objectives, focusing on strategic resource planning, organizational design, and fostering a vibrant company culture;
Cultivate and evolve Land Life's culture, reinforcing our core values and nurturing a positive, inclusive work environment that grows with the international organization;
Collaborate with management to provide proactive guidance on individual employee issues and strategies for talent attraction and retention;
Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent while enhancing employee engagement;
Manage People related projects, such as performance management and our compensation and benefits;
Be involved in HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
