The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships across multiple verticals (Casino, Sports, Payments, KYC, AML, Marketing) to generate incremental revenue streams for GiG. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role that requires strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and leadership capabilities. The Head of Partnerships will manage and develop relationships with key vendors, establish referral and reseller agreements, and execute initiatives to support the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the partnership strategy to drive incremental revenue streams from 3rd party vendors across all product verticals.
  • Revenue Growth: Own the referral and reseller revenue targets, developing new business opportunities and optimizing current vendor relationships to deliver a significant increase in revenue.
  • Preferred Partner Program: Establish a "Preferred Partner Program," selecting strategic vendors in each vertical to promote within GiG's ecosystem and working with Sales to integrate these partnerships into the go-to-market approach.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with strategic vendors, managing contracts, negotiations, and the commercial elements of each partnership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration of 3rd party partnerships.
  • Market Expansion: Explore and secure partnerships in new markets, especially with Social/FTP casinos and Sweepstakes, to expand GiG's market reach.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a growing team of partnership managers, coaching them to meet both personal and department objectives.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or commercial roles, ideally within the B2B SaaS or iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiatoion skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • High level of initiative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
