We are seeking to hire a Partnership Manager. The person, who takes this position, will be based in our Sydney office.
The Partnership Manager acquires, develops, and grows Insider Partner Network with world-class digital agencies and consultancies. This role will manage the day-to-day relationship between Insider and its strategic alliance partners and will focus on driving alliance partner sales and building the alliance partners' digital optimization practice. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, digital agencies and consultancies, and channel ecosystems, and are passionate about helping partners achieve success.
Day in and day out a Partnership Manager in Insider;
- works with Insider global offices to continually improve their partnership practice, grow their portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership,
- manages pipeline and generates leads for Insider global offices and for the Insider Partner Network,
- develops success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion of Insider to the partners end clients,
- collaborates with internal teams to grow Channels for Insider: Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success Team,
- negotiates partnership terms and presents Insider Partner Programme,
- becomes an expert on the Insider platform, optimization of best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product road map, and company vision,
- sets weekly/monthly meetings with all global offices, gets updates, satisfies needs, manages and encourages them for deployment of Insider Partner Programme.
We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you;
- have 5+ years of experience with partner/agency development and management,
- have previous experience working with digital agencies and consultancies,
- have high-level business acumen,
- are fluent in SaaS business models,
- have demonstrated success in managing executive relationships with partners and customers,
- have direct sales experience,
- have the ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets,
- have the ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights,
- have exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written,
- are motivated, goal-oriented individual who is able to work independently,
- have the ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team.
