  • Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner
  • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements
  • Regular meetings with the CEO around fiscal planning.
  • Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
  • 7 years + experience in an operations management role or relevant role preferably in the IT industry
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Sales with a demonstrated ability to break into markets 
  • International business experience
  • Ability to speak Chinese fluently 
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc
  • Have the ability to see the big picture and how it relates to the success of ZKTeco.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing people and major projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be a natural leader who can energize multiple teams in an environment of change and growth
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • A solid grasp of data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting
  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
  • BSc in Management or any other related field
  • An MBA is an advantage
