- Drive Company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the executive team
- Spearhead strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction
- Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the Company’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with Company headquarters in China, key customers, clients, vendors, banks, partners, and all other professional business relationships.
- Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives to improve sales and generate revenue
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the Company optimize costs and benefits
- Control company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses
- Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting, and bank processes.
- Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports to CEO
- Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management-level employees, and executive leadership team members
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (IT, Customer Experience, and Finance Operations and HR) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
- Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner
- Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements
- Regular meetings with the CEO around fiscal planning.
- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
- 7 years + experience in an operations management role or relevant role preferably in the IT industry
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Sales with a demonstrated ability to break into markets
- International business experience
- Ability to speak Chinese fluently
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc
- Have the ability to see the big picture and how it relates to the success of ZKTeco.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing people and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- BSc in Management or any other related field
- An MBA is an advantage
