We are looking for a customer-centric operational leader to join our growth function based in Helsinki or Paris as a Head of Operations. Flexible start date in September/October. As Head of Operations, you will lead our tight operations team of two people and take care of our rapidly growing customer operations around the world and help the company:
- Execute its GTM by ensuring that every customer hotel from Tokyo to London is configured, delivered and installed with fast turnover, high customer satisfaction and on budget
- Build and automate the operations funnel thoughtfully for scale to ensure that while revenue and customer satisfaction grows fast, headcount grows slow
- Recruit and nurture a network of capable Valpas installers across key markets
- Feed the product team with problems and insights from the operations function, and work closely with them to implement solutions
You are probably a good candidate if you:
- Are enthusiastic about our purpose and product and scaling the Ops function of a fast-growing tech company
- Speak and write fluently in English to people that are not native in the language
- Have experience from customer service work and working in/building the operations of a small growing company, and enjoy sharing it to support the growth of your team
- Enjoy proactively fixing problems with permanent solutions, as opposed to reactively dealing with the same problem more than once
- Are naturally entrepreneurial, organised, detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments that demand execution on a daily basis
- Believe teamwork is key to an efficient and empowered Ops team and happy customers
