Stiamo cercando un Head of Operations che sarà il motore dell'efficienza operativa dell'azienda, garantendo che metriche, processi e flussi di lavoro siano allineati tra i vari team. Sarà un ruolo chiave nella scalabilità del business, lavorando a stretto contatto con i team di Customer Support & Collection, Risk & Fraud, Compliance, Sales, Account Management (e non solo) per assicurare una perfetta esecuzione delle nostre strategie operative.
Nel concreto, le tue responsabilità includeranno:
- Definire, monitorare e ottimizzare le metriche operative per garantire efficienza e qualità del servizio.
- Coordinare i team operativi per assicurare processi fluidi, riducendo inefficienze e migliorando l’esperienza utente.
- Collaborare con Product & Tech per automatizzare processi e migliorare l’infrastruttura operativa.
- Supportare la strategia di scalabilità, strutturando e migliorando le operation.
- Gestire la reportistica operativa per il management, evidenziando trend e aree di miglioramento.
- Definire un framework di lavoro ad alte prestazioni, favorendo una cultura basata sui dati e sull’ottimizzazione continua.
- Gestire e supportare la crescita di un team di Analyst a riporto.
Sei perfett* per questo ruolo se hai:
- Esperienza di almeno 5-7 anni in ruoli Operations, process improvement o Strategy in aziende tech, fintech o nel settore BNPL.
- Forte attitudine analitica e data-driven: capacità di leggere metriche, prendere decisioni strategiche basate sui dati e ottimizzare KPI.
- Background in startup/scale-up è un plus: ci serve qualcuno che sappia costruire e scalare processi.
- Conoscenza di strumenti di process automation, workflow management e CRM.
- Ottima capacità di problem solving, comunicazione e leadership.
- Mentalità hands-on: sei a tuo agio sia nella strategia che nell’operatività.
- Esperienza nella gestione di team operativi multi-funzionali.
- Inglese fluente.
We are looking for an Head of Operations, who will be the driving force behind our operational efficiency, ensuring that metrics, processes, and workflows are aligned across teams. This is a key role in scaling the business, working closely with the Customer Support & Collection, Risk & Fraud, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management teams (among others) to ensure the flawless execution of our operational strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining, monitoring, and optimizing operational metrics to ensure efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinating operational teams to ensure smooth processes, reducing inefficiencies, and improving the user experience.
- Collaborating with Product & Tech to automate processes and enhance operational infrastructure.
- Supporting scalability strategies by structuring and improving operations.
- Managing operational reporting for senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Establishing a high-performance framework, fostering a data-driven culture and continuous optimization.
- Managing and supporting the growth of a team of Analysts.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- 5-7 years of experience in Operations, process improvement, or Strategy roles within tech, fintech, or BNPL companies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: ability to read metrics, make strategic decisions based on data, and optimize KPIs.
- A startup/scale-up background is a plus: we need someone who knows how to build and scale processes.
- Knowledge of process automation, workflow management, and CRM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- A hands-on mentality: you’re comfortable handling both strategy and execution.
- Experience managing cross-functional operational teams.
- Fluent English (willing to learn Italian)
- Willing to relocate in Italy - Milan
