Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced operations senior manager to join our team as the Head of Operations for our teleradiology and diagnostic services in Ireland. As the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in Medica’s positioning in Ireland. You will lead a Senior Management Team, and your key focus areas will include ensuring the efficient functioning of our operations while achieving financial, business and quality targets.
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. If you have a proven track record in operations and partnership working within the healthcare industry in the private sector and the HSE, and you possess a comprehensive market understanding of radiology and teleradiology services across Ireland, this is an exciting opportunity for you to lead Medica Ireland’s operations!
