We are looking for a Head of Design to help scaling design consistently by leading our Central Teams: Design System, Design Ops and Motion Design.

📍This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Berlin, Helsinki or Stockholm.

You've led design teams in companies known for innovative products, and seamless tech integrations.
You excel at guiding and developing designers, helping them master research, design, ideation, and strategic thinking.
You effortlessly connect with cross-functional stakeholders, motivating them to execute vision even in your absence.
You've established and maintained operational processes that enable teams to scale efficiently
You´ve created design programs for large design teams
You´ve experience working with Design System
You thrive in complex systems, balancing global needs with your product's specific goals.
