Operating across Europe, North America, and APAC with an expanding SaaS portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Practice New Business to lead our sales teams and drive new business growth across global markets. This role will be critical in acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring we hit our ambitious revenue targets across all regions.

As the Head of Practice New Business, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to drive new business growth. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities while meeting quarterly revenue targets. You will play a critical role in developing strategies to generate new business, overseeing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the continued success of the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team of AEs and SDRs to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop and execute new business strategies, identifying opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and implement effective lead generation campaigns that drive a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Track and analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the partner success team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new customers.
  • Set clear performance metrics, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and meeting attendance targets for SDRs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to support the professional development of your team.

Requirements

Skills & experience:

  • Proven success in driving new business sales and improving sales funnel processes.
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on employee coaching, development, and team performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft.
  • In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle, from MQL to close, and an understanding of key conversion metrics.
