Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volkswagen Group UK & Ireland, Polestar, Hyundai, and other innovative brands.

We are looking for a driven Head of Mobility - Australia to join our team and ideal candidate will be based in Sydney or Melbourne (other locations will be considered).

Requirements

What we want in your first 6 months at Ohme:

  • Prospect and build a pipeline of future Ohme Mobility partners across the territory.
  • Build awareness and Ohme thought leadership in the territory’s mobility sector.
  • Build mobility proposition for the territory aligning where possible with the UK but reflecting commercial needs that may be identified.
  • Leverage contacts and commercial relationships to make new contact wins in the territory.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the UK Headquarters to support account/development activities outside the territory as necessary.
  • Account Manage and build the resources needed to deliver on mobility customer commercial requirements contracted in territory.

Skills Experience:

  • Deep mobility sector expertise and a strong network in the mobility sector at an OEM level (dealer and leasing company also ideal).
  • Demonstrable experience in developing a market/channel sales strategy to approach the marketplace.
  • Strong Commercial Experience, experience in selling through consultation/influence and utilizing marketing and commercial levers.
  • Ability to act as a hunter/nomad in market, acting independently and flexible in building team and resources as footprint grows.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well within a fast paced, hyper growth environment.
