Our client is a globally recognized content-sharing platform, currently building a Web3 creator community. They are looking for a Head of Merchandising to develop new product lines that promote their brand. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience in creating new products/merchandise.
What You Will Do
- Develop new product lines, focusing on lifestyle and apparel products, that offer compelling storytelling aspects which effectively promote the brand
- Formulate a comprehensive pricing strategy that ensures profitability, alongside a sales and distribution strategy that maximizes reach and accessibility to our target market
- Build a vibrant and engaging community around the brand
- Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of CRM data to gain valuable insights on customer behavior and preferences
- Take charge of overseeing the entire production and fulfilment process
What You Will Need
- Holistic experience in building a product line, which includes everything from the initial stages of production, developing a robust sales strategy, implementing effective marketing techniques, to creating a compelling brand identity
- Demonstrated ability in building and actively engaging with an online or web3 community
- Familiarity with the current landscape and trends of social media, meme culture, and web3
- Proficiency in production and fulfilment know-how, with a track record of effectively managing the supply chain
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
