As the Head of Mechanical Design and Industrialization, you will spearhead our mission to revolutionize sustainable home energy solutions, driving us closer to our ambitious goals and building a whole ecosystem of products. With your leadership and expertise, you'll guide our team in transforming concepts into reality, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
What you will do:
Lead and mentor the Mechanical Design and Industrialization department, enhancing a culture of innovation and excellence to drive continuous improvement.
Guide products from conceptualization to production, ensuring the highest standards of manufacturing excellence and quality.
Implement robust processes, workflows, and design standards to streamline product development.
Drive the advancement of domestic climate systems and accessories, leveraging 3D CAD to design and optimize mechanical components and assemblies.
Champion modularization and standardization initiatives to enhance product scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure collaboration with internal departments and external partners to align design efforts with strategic objectives and market demands.
Assume responsibility for the release management of the Engineering and Manufacturing Bill of Materials, ensuring scalability, accuracy and completeness.
Develop our internal expertise in product optimization, with a particular emphasis on CFD simulations, to elevate performance and efficiency of our product line.
Manage resources and budgets effectively, while maintaining high-quality standards.
