As Head of Marketing at Presidents Summit, you will take ownership of our marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and strengthen our position as the most influential business network in the region.
Responsibilities
As Head of Marketing, you will lead our marketing efforts and ensure we achieve our ambitious goals.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy to enhance brand recognition, drive ticket sales, and increase partner engagement.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering high performance and a motivating work environment.
- Coordinate efforts among internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC to ensure maximum ROI.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
Branding and Communication:
- Ensure a strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication channels.
- Oversee and optimize content strategies, including storytelling, articles, videos, and visual communication.
Event Marketing:
- Design campaigns that drive ticket sales and excitement around speakers, partners, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure effective marketing before, during, and after events.
Partnerships and Networking:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to amplify marketing efforts and expand reach.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven leader with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of delivering growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the events, B2B, or FMCG industries.
- Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Deep creative understanding of branding and content creation across digital and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in campaign execution across email marketing, traditional media, and digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
- Structured approach to optimization and decision-making.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
