The Head of Marketing Operations supports a future-focused Marketing organization and reports into Dataiku's Chief Marketing Officer.

In this role, you'll build and lead a Marketing Operations function that aligns with our strategic objectives as well as market best practices. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to incredible growth at Dataiku by shaping the tools, analytics, budget, and processes that the Marketing team leverages every day. You'll also have the opportunity to partner closely with with cross-functional leadership in Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations and Analytics. 

We’re looking for someone to be a force of change and infuse structure into our international marketing organization. Our ideal candidate has led a marketing operations function and has supported growing marketing teams of 30+ people.

This position is located either in our New York or Denver offices, or remote in North America.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Building a Marketing Operations team: Auditing current team needs and systems, defining the marketing operations strategy and roadmap and growing a high-performing Marketing Operations team
  • Owning and managing our marketing tech stack; managing marketing Operations budget and vendor relationship
  • Owning and managing key marketing processes (lead scoring and process
  • Owning and managing marketing system of truth and system of engagement
  • Tracking and reporting on the whole marketing funnel and KPIs
  • Owning Tracking and reporting on Marketing Budget distribution vs actuals vs planned (by department, by core initiatives) in collaboration with Marketing Stakeholders (Continental and Global) as well as with FP&A
  • Collaborating daily with Marketing leaders to understand and support needs
  • Partnering daily with Sales Operations, BDR Operations, and Sales leaders on critical sales processes (territory planning, pipeline monitoring)
  • Working with Analytics and Business Systems team on tooling and analytics ecosystem

What you’ll need to be successful

  • At least 5-8 years of experience working in marketing operations or operations supporting mid to large marketing organizations (30+)
  • An understanding of B2B marketing (online, offline, ABM) and have experience building and maintaining automation systems
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and marketing technology - bonus if you have experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau. You are passionate about looking for new ways to market.
  • A detail-oriented approach and being driven by achieving deliverables
  • Experience across project management and a commitment to building long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Comfort working operationally within tools and also formalizing high level frameworks and strategies 
Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
