Are you deeply passionate about marketing and keeping up with the latest tools and techniques while deeply understanding the core marketing principles? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment where you take initiative and get things done? Are you effective with small teams and minimal resources, leveraging AI, automation, and outsourcing to drive growth? At Oneteam, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who works smart and wants to be the David in the fight against Goliath.
About Oneteam
At Oneteam, we create the ultimate employee app designed specifically for organizations with frontline workers. In fact, 80% of the global workforce works on the frontline, without access to a computer, in industries like retail, hospitality, and logistics. With Oneteam, we centralize everything these employees need into a single app that is easily accessible on their mobile devices.
Our mission is to help organizations better connect, train, and engage their frontline workforce, ultimately improving the overall employee experience. We founded Oneteam because many companies still rely on outdated tools like intranets, WhatsApp groups, newsletters, emails, bulletin boards, and paper manuals.
Today, we’ve partnered with over 200 major brands, including H&M, Albert Heijn, and Fletcher Hotels. We’ve achieved a strong product-market fit, with a 98% annual customer retention rate and a sales win rate of over 40%. Our next big challenge is generating more leads—and that’s where you come in!
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who will take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll orchestrate our marketing efforts and work together with a group of freelancers for almost every speciality of marketing. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to accelerate our growth.
Our current marketing strategy focuses on several key areas: LinkedIn, Meta, and Google ads, SEO content, website optimization, social media, lead magnets, marketing automation (HubSpot), podcasting, video content, data analytics & reporting, and product launches.
To be clear: For now, you’ll be our only in-house marketer, but you’ll collaborate with top freelancers for each speciality. This role combines both hands-on work and strategic responsibilities, where you’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing structure and processes for a B2B SaaS product with a strong product-market fit. As the team grows, there will be opportunities for leadership development.
