The Head of Marketing - EMEA role is pivotal to achieving our growth objectives in the EMEA region. You will lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team, working closely with the sales team and our global marketing team to define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Your leadership, combined with your expertise in field marketing and deep understanding of the EMEA market, ABM and Partner Marketing as well as partnering with global teams including integrated campaigns and digital marketing will be crucial in differentiating our brand in the market and building pipeline.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and Develop the EMEA Marketing Team: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, ensuring team members are aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement regional marketing plans, including multi-channel campaigns and events, to drive brand awareness, generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and expand our customer base. This involves setting goals, segmenting audiences, choosing tactics and channels, and measuring impact against pipeline targets.
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop ABM campaigns for targeted accounts in collaboration with the EMEA GTM team. Establish ABM processes and playbooks, leveraging global resources for execution.
  • Manage Outbound Marketing: Oversee NA outbound marketing outreach and email marketing channels. Develop regional email nurturing campaigns, measure performance, and optimize strategies through testing and data analysis.
  • Partner Marketing:  Work directly with Pigment Partners to develop Marketing plans, drive engagement and accelerate Pigments partner pipeline growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution. Collaborate with global Brand and Communications teams to develop brand awareness programs and initiatives that foster community among finance professionals.
  • Campaign Reporting and Analytics: Work closely with marketing operations to establish robust campaign reporting systems and dashboards. Conduct monthly campaign performance reviews with the GTM team.
  • Brand Awareness and Community Building: In collaboration with global teams, develop brand awareness programs and support customer marketing initiatives focused on building a community of engaged users and thought leaders.
  • Content Strategy and Development: Partner with the content team to define content strategy and produce necessary assets, including webinars, case studies, and demos, either internally or through external partners.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: BA/BS degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in demand generation, revenue, or growth marketing in a B2B tech SaaS company, with proven results in driving sales pipeline in the EMEA market.
  • Skills: Experience with account-based strategies and campaigns, solid understanding of digital channels, and hands-on experience with event marketing, paid media programs, and outbound marketing tactics.

Desired Experience:

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and mentoring a marketing team. Strong organizational, project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to get things done and coach your teams into doing so. Experience managing budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and driving collaboration across departments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B tech marketing, particularly with enterprise-level organizations.
  • Innovation: Creative and curious, with a "can do" attitude and a passion for exploring new, innovative ways to enhance campaign performance using modern marketing tools.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with agencies and partners to deliver high-quality and creative marketing execution.
