Based in Dallas, Texas, this role offers the opportunity to lead marketing efforts that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the managed travel sector. You will shape strategies that amplify our impact and help us gain a greater share of this competitive market. What you'll get to do
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and partner activation.
- Lead partner and product marketing functions, focusing on campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive demand
- Develop and execute a managed travel marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Serko’s product development leaders to deliver successful go-to-market programs as products evolve.
- Work closely with sales, partnership, and product leaders to design and execute cross-functional strategies for growth in managed travel, encompassing campaigns, product rollouts, customer engagement programs, and partnerships.
- Establish methodologies and frameworks to align product marketing with product and partner development teams, supporting collaboration and alignment.
- Deliver a digital strategy—including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, and advertising—to drive lead generation and partner activation.
- Create a content program, tools, and training materials to support internal and external sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Own and oversee the “Get Your Wings” sales enablement program and the Partner Portal.
- Represent Serko’s marketing function within the managed travel leadership team, providing insights into growth levers to ensure alignment with business goals
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making by identifying target markets, customer segments, competitor profiles, and key industry trends
- Leverage insights from the data team to inform marketing strategy, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Identify and maximize the value of Serko’s investments in product development, partnerships, and direct sales, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
What you'll bring
- Solid Marketing leadership within a global or high-growth technology environment.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable, results-oriented marketing plans.
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling a product marketing function from the ground up.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measuring impact.
- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing successful global go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive growth and market share.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, persuasive manner.
