Why we believe the Head of Lifecycle Marketing role is a great opportunity:

  • Mixtiles has over 3M customers worldwide 
  • One of our biggest priorities is growing repeat revenue by motivating customers to make incremental purchases 
  • Succeeding at selling new products to existing customers will bring significant strategic advantages including faster growth, better margins and a higher valuation

In this role you'll

  • Formulate and execute a strategy for growing repeat revenue from existing customers
  • Direct control of our lifecycle channels (email, sms etc.) and horizontal control of acquisition channels, digital products and packaging 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record of delivering significant growth in repeat revenue
  • Deep customer understanding of why people would want to buy what product, and when
  • Zero to one thinker who can re-conceptualize goals and needed day to day operations
  • Highly analytical with a great ability of asking the right questions and understanding what data is needed to answer them 
  • Has a good eye for design and solid copywriting skills  
  • Able to lead teams and work effectively with multiple functions
