Head of Internal IT

We are looking for an IT manager to oversee our IT operations, whose core focus will be to design and run our IT processes


Main responsibilities include

  • Participate in the elaboration of the internal IT strategy to support the business and our employees
  • Design, execute, measure and improve, document our internal IT processes to improve the maturity level of our IT systems.
  • Oversee and delivery of complex IT deployment projects (see below for examples)
  • Manage the IT staff, budget and roadmap in an hypergrowth context
  • Ensure applicability, enforcement and effectiveness of internal policies security requirements and support compliance efforts
  • Fleet management, capacity planning, hardware and software asset management, license management
  • Vendor management, procurement, negotiation, budgeting and cost management
  • User support, onboarding and offboarding

Short term projects

  • IdP migration from Google Identity to Jumpcloud (and intertwined migration of the main domain name)
  • Industrialization of the onboarding and offboarding processes (access provisioning, user provisioning automation)
  • Increase of control over SaaS environments, including improvements
  • Identity management space (SSO, RBAC approval workflow, auto provisioning ) and definition of group structure to fit the team's structure and business processes.
  • Solving challenges of managing hardware fleet in an heavily spread out staff
  • Headquarter move (switch to 802.1X, integration of the office management solution, video conference setup, printer, access control, etc.)

  • Sites in Paris, Toronto, London, New York and remote workers in the US and France
  • Macos, Windows, (with a few Linux here and there)
  • Jumpcloud as and MDM and IDP
  • Google Workspace, Google Identity
  • Zendesk, Hibob, Slack, Notion, Vanta, Workwize, ABM, 1Password, Zapier, Zoom,
  • Compliance: SOC2, ISO27001

Who you are

  • You have at least 5 years of experience on security topics, as IT support and you have a track record of autonomously delivering large scale IT projects (of course, you can be way more experienced!), preferably on an heterogeneous fleet (MacOS, Windows) and in an multi-site, international context.
  • You’re happy to work mostly onsite in our Paris Offices
  • You have experience building an IT practice : you can manage a large team but you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • You have experience in SaaS management in security sensitive environments
  • You have great team spirit with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong autonomy and priority management
  • You have a good dose of humility, the willingness to grow (no matter your seniority!) and you have a service oriented mindset
  • You speak English fluently (French is not mandatory!).
