The Role
Sprinto is a fully remote team. As the leader of the People function at Sprinto, you are the architect of practices and structures that will help support our rapid growth and enable us to scale internationally. You will lead all aspects of human resources, including talent management, organisational development, performance management, culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and compensation and benefits. Your expertise will help us build and maintain our reputation as a great workplace, particularly within our remote, global workforce. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, practical HR expertise, and the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead the HR function, setting the overall HR strategy in alignment with Sprinto's fast-paced growth and international presence. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Talent Management: Oversee global talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to support Sprinto's rapid expansion and ensure the right talent is in place to meet business objectives.
  • Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives reinforcing Sprinto's status as a great workplace, especially in a remote setting. Foster an environment of open communication, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Performance Management: Develop and execute a performance management system that aligns with our organisational goals and supports individual career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive, equitable, and sustainable compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent, compliant with all operating countries' regulations.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, ensuring these values are embedded in all HR practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and ethical standards across different geographies. Manage risks associated with employment regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in scaling HR operations internationally, particularly within remote and distributed teams.
  • Excellent understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in organisational development, change management, and culture building.
