Lead people agenda for DGS including developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the DGS's objectives and promote a positive work culture.
Partner with the leadership team to hire, develop and grow the DGS team and advice on people-related matters
Be a culture ambassador and nurture the core values of DGS in sportans
Own and drive key HR projects alongside the leadership team like pulse surveys, Comp & ben, L&D, employer branding, HR budgeting etc
Oversee HR Operations and compliances
Qualifiers:
Minimum of 12+ years experience in HR with 5+ years of experience in independently leading HR partnerships
Ability to independently design & execute HR strategies/initiatives
Prior experience working in a fast-paced workplace or a startup
