We’re currently seeking a Head of Housekeeping to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality and has a knack for leading and motivating a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the property’s interior and exterior to the highest standards.
- Implement and oversee housekeeping procedures and training.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure top-tier service.
- Play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Train and manage the housekeeping staff year-round, adjusting for seasonal needs.
- Take initiative in planning, scheduling, and responding to the dynamic needs of the property.
- Work evenings and weekends, flexible hours as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a hotel setting is preferred.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
- A team player who can also work independently and take direction as needed. Must have prior experience leading teams and effectively delegating.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Compensation range: $75k-82k
