As the Head of Growth, you’ll build and lead the acquisition of our team's product. Based on where we’re at in our Growth Journey, we see these as the three priorities over the next 18 months:
Outcome #1: Build and scale our B2B Acquisition Strategy to grow logo acquisition 5x over the next 24 months
Outcome #2: Ignite and scale our Product-Led Sales (PLS) Motion in partnership with our Head of Sales to 5x our B2C2B conversion over the next 12 months
Outcome #3: Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional Growth organization
You have 10+ years of experience in Growth and/or Marketing at a technology company, with at least 3 years leading B2B Growth and 5 years managing others; and experience owning product-led sales pipeline targets.

The Head of Growth role may span a range of experience and expertise. Through our interview process, we will review your background, local market data, and use a mix of technical and qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
Our salaries for this role within US markets range from $252,000 – $300,000+. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, bonus, benefits, and company stock options.
We are open to candidates in the US and Canada. We take a locally informed approach to compensation and will be able to share ranges based on your geographical location of residence.
