What you will be doing
As the Head of Growth and Partnerships for our API Business, you will spearhead initiatives that drive merchant acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth, establishing Quidax as the Number One crypto infrastructure and one-stop shop crypto solution provider for businesses who want to integrate any crypto service. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute growth strategies while forming strategic partnerships to expand Quidax's ecosystem. Your focus will be on building new partnerships, deepening existing relationships, and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
Growth Strategy: Design, execute, and optimize comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, organic growth, and other programs to drive merchant acquisition and retention.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish new partnerships with prospecting leads, including fintech companies, crypto exchanges, payment processors, commercial banks, Asset Management firms, Securities, Banks, Savings platforms, and other businesses looking to integrate any crypto services, or offer crypto services to their customers to grow and diversify Quidax’s customer base.
Revenue Growth: Lead the charge in driving revenue growth through cross-selling/upselling to existing merchants or acquiring new merchants.
Market Expansion: Develop go-to-market strategies to enter new markets and drive adoption in untapped regions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize various tools to analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth and partnerships team to achieve aggressive business goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Merchant Success, and Engineering teams to align market opportunities, customer requirements, and product development.
