As the Head of Growth Marketing at Amartha, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and retention
- Lead and manage the growth marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user onboarding, conversion funnels, and user journey
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with marketing partners and vendors
- Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders and management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in the financial industry or fintech
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth through strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
