THE ROLE
As Head of Growth, you’ll lead Media Buying, Email Marketing, and Product Management, owning revenue growth, churn reduction, and acquisition metrics. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution and Optimization of Growth Strategies: Directly implement sales tactics and growth initiatives to reach company goals. Besides the management, you will be hands-on in testing, iterating, and optimizing activities aiming for the best possible business results.
Risk & Challenges Management: You will proactively prepare for potential risks management across departments. Solve challenges and enable teams to act accordingly in case of a challenge or a risk.
Data-driven Approach: Leverage analytics to uncover opportunities and pivot quickly.
Cross-Functional Work & Collaboration: Foster alignment between marketing, product, and operations teams while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
Innovate and Experiment: Proactively explore and implement the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, leveraging them to keep Foxelli Group strategies fresh, effective and resultative.
