As the Head of Global Content House in Continental Tires you will lead our in-house content production teams, functioning as an internal agency to create and deliver compelling, omnichannel marketing content. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our content strategy across all platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
You will transform the way content is produced, distributed and managed within the organization, by adopting new processes, tools, technology and capabilities. You will lead content production´s effectiveness and efficiency on a global scale, coordinate the various regional content hubs and be responsible reporting savings to Tire Board members.
In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:
- Content Production Strategy: Developing our content production strategy and business cases, as well as the deployment and change management plans. Growing and sustaining our brand equity with high performing and consistent marketing content.
- Digital Asset Management: As a business owner of the Digital Asset Management system, ensure centralization, scaling content creation and collaboration
- Performance Measurement and Benchmark: Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics to measure effectiveness, continuously optimizing content based on data insights, industry trends, and audience feedback, establishing a robust KPI framework and Monitoring external trends to constantly ensure Continental Content House keep outperforming, pilot new opportunities in due time.
- Leadership: Leading and inspiring a global team of content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Planning and Production Process Workflows: Managing the global content production pipeline.
- Partners Network Management: Establish and maintain a network of partners (freelancers, boutique agencies, leading agencies) we could activate when necessary.
- Academic degree in business administration, marketing, media or an equivalent qualification
- Min 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 to 10 years implementing and leading Global Marketing Content teams. within a FMCG company or creative agency
- Solid experience leading major transformation within B2B and B2C Marketing organization.
- Strategic thinker with expert knowledge in content creation and management
- Leading leaders experience in diverse and multi-location teams
