Your Role & Responsibilities
Responsibility for finance and fund operations together with a small finance team
Develop and implement effective strategies for monitoring and managing an international portfolio of over 100 tech companies
Structure new funds and diverse (co-)investment vehicles, manage due diligence, and legal processes.
Maintain relationships with the fund investors and provide insightful investor quarterly reporting.
Ensure compliance with finance, operational, and legal standards to maintain integrity and transparency in fund operations. Oversee comprehensive audits of all direct investment and management funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Carefully plan the fund investment allocations and operational budgets
Actively drive portfolio development and returns together with the investment managers, developing and exploring strategic exit options for mature portfolio companies
Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
