Head of Finance and Accounting

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.

  • Leadership Role: Build and lead the finance department with regional and local teams.
  • Strategic Impact: Shape frameworks and strategies to manage corporate and operational finance.

  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
  • Regulatory Focus: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and third-party standards.
  • Statutory reporting and Tax Governance: Manage periodic audits and tax filing in accordance with statutory timelines.
  • Capital Deployment and Cash Management: Develop strategy on cash deployment and capital investment opportunity.
  • Finance  System Automation: Lead automation projects and reporting platform implementation.
  • Process Improvement and Transformation: Develop Process Excellence framework and process flow.
  • Internal Controls and Practices: Execute Control framework and accounting practice within TFRS & IFRS



What’s Needed:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or digital payments sector.
  • Chartered Accountant Qualification
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Expertise in operational efficiency, cost management, and financial controls.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Thai.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Startup experience highly desirable.
  • Passionate about making change and disrupting the status quo
