Customer & Monetization oversees the product and technical aspects of acquiring new members, registration, onboarding, monetizing the free service through advertisements, and managing subscriptions. This business unit collaborates with numerous stakeholders, particularly the Marketing Performance, CRM, Brand Partnership, and Revenue teams.
Within Customer & Monetization, there are several specialized teams: Conversion, Data, Messaging (Ads + CRM), Payment, and User Growth. Comprising around 40 individuals with technical and QA expertise, this unit is crucial in driving user acquisition and revenue generation.
As the Head of Engineering, your responsibility is to lead this team effectively. This includes ensuring their commitment and successful delivery, coordinating with other product and technology teams to assist them in fulfilling their objectives, maintaining the codebase, step-by-step realization of our product vision and the achievement of our business objectives.
