In your role as a Head of EMEA HR Business Partner you will drive the HR strategy across the EMEA region, aligning business goals with HR initiatives. Partnering with senior leadership, you will deliver solutions in areas like talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. Leading a team of HRBPs, you'll foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with local regulations, supporting business growth through effective people strategies.

Requirements

HR Business Partnering: 

  • Lead and manage the HR Business Partnering function across the EMEA-MEE region, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local business objectives. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance on HR matters, including talent development. 
  • Drive employee relations and prepare HR metrics and reporting. 
  • Develop HR-related policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the EMEA region. 
  • Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, ensuring effective collaboration with leadership and employees. 
  • Potentially extend the scope by taking over strategic HR business partnering for one of our divisions or CxO areas. 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs across the EMEA region. 
  • Collaborate with global compensation teams to ensure alignment of company-wide compensation strategies while adapting to local market conditions. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • A minimum of 6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership role in the DACH region within a multinational organization. 
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering with a deep understanding of HR operations, compensation, benefits, and salary band structures across multiple countries in the EMEA region. 
  • Strong knowledge of DACH and EMEA labor laws and regulations. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change and leading HR initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluency in German and English is required. 
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed.
