Head of Digital Marketing

Your career as Head of Digital Marketing at Booksy will give you the opportunity to drive the performance marketing strategy and execution across web, app, SEO, and all major social media and digital networks. 

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Content teams, you’ll lead a team of 5-6 digital marketing specialists to build and scale performance-driven campaigns.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Demonstrable breadth and depth of success in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth for a SaaS or similar tech/digital business.
  • Extensive expertise in managing performance across web, app, SEO, and social media/digital networks, including but not limited to Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram,  TikTok and ASA. Deep experience in mobile/app is a plus. 
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, on-page/off-page optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO.
  • Leadership experience with a provable ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, AppsFlyer etc.) with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey and experience optimizing conversion funnels across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, optimization, and performance-driven strategies.
