Licensing Oversight: Secure and renew gaming licenses in Germany to ensure seamless operations.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the bridge between internal stakeholders, including the leadership team, product managers, and shareholders, to align on compliance priorities.

Cultural Ambassador: Promote a regulatory-compliant culture, positioning Tipico as a responsible operator.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of compliance professionals, guiding them in compliance best practices.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in law, economics or similar with first professional qualification in compliance or corporate risk management.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in regulatory or compliance management, ideally in the gaming industry.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Languages: Fluent in English and German.
