This includes readily available (off the shelf), interactive and digital content that is engaging, effective, inclusive, compliant, and up to date. Content that meets the requirements of our global customers and can be understood in many languages, content that meets statutory country or industry requirements and importantly, is also fit for improving life, technical and soft skills.
As we continue our journey as a leader in the e-learning industry, we continue to grow the number of global, high-profile clients we service. This has driven an increased need for a senior leader to own our content strategy and lead the fabulous team of people that we have at Sponge that already write great content for our global portfolio of businesses.
As well as advising the Senior Leadership team at Sponge, this role will work closely with its key direct reports and others across our business such as our Technology, Commercial and Production teams.
This role will have overall accountability for the development and commercial success of the content library, the management of content and reseller partners, and leadership of a team of talented individuals based largely in the UK and Germany (some overseas travel will be needed).
