As a Head of DevSecOps in tiket.com, you will have the opportunity to help shape
and deliver on a strategy to build technology that is infrastructure including some
aspect infosec, as well as people that DevOps team in tiket.com.
Your success as Head of DevSecOps, will be driven by your alignment of Tech
strategies, resources, initiatives with overall tiket.com technology business and
engineering strategy. Your broad responsibilities include setting organizational
strategy for the DevSecOps technical team, owning the technical strategy and
execution and ultimate success of tiket.com implementation projects, and developing
the team’s technical deep expertise as well as know-how around how applications
and services are constructed using the cloud platform
Key responsibilities in flying with us:
- Lead complex projects/programs that require multiple areas of expertise.
- Oversees and assists in production support.
- Leads the technical evaluation and selection process for improving performance
- Establishes requirements, methods and procedures for routine maintenance.
- Reviews deployment plans; schedules the installation of new modules, upgrades and fixes to the production environment.
- Leads and guides the design, development of reusable components.
- Supervise teams in developing/building IT solutions to meet business requirements.
- Review technical design specifications and sizing technical requirements.
- Evaluates new application packages and tools and performs research on best practices.
- Develops reports and presentations for senior management, as needed.
- Leads the technical evaluation and selection process for improving performance
- Develops custom integration solutions including major enhancements, interfaces, functions and features.
- Review test plans.
- Executes testing efforts across the life cycle.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Min. 12 years of experience in DevOps and/or application security and min. 4 year of exposed leadership experiences.
- Experience leading an agile team environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications/ systems using proven or emerging technologies, in a variety of technologies
- Strong grasp of automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Requires working knowledge of two or more programming languages (pref. Java and Golang)
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines including SAST, DAST
- Experience working with MongoDB, MySQL, and Postgre in cloud environment
- Experience with Redis and Memcached, Elastic Search, Linux Syntax, CI/CD, Docker, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Refactor or Rewrite system in cloud environment (GCP/AWS/Azure)
