As Head of Data, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future. You'll strategically recruit, build, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary data team to build a robust, scalable data infrastructure that fuels our mission to revolutionize sustainable home energy solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, empowering us to achieve our ambitious goals and establish a comprehensive ecosystem of products.
What you’ll do
Build, lead and mentor a multidisciplinary data team with a diverse range of data expertise, including data architects, data platform specialists, data scientists, data engineers, and analysts among others.
Oversee the restructuring of our data infrastructure and platform to maintain data integrity as we scale.
Lead, define and steer the development of a scalable data infrastructure, including data platforms, data lakes and warehouses, pipelines, and robust databases, while prioritizing data quality and integrity.
Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, machine learning, and predictive modeling to derive valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify both product and business-related data requirements. Utilize this data to extract actionable insights, enhance product understanding, and inform strategic decision-making processes
Drive the strategy and implement a self-service environment, empowering stakeholders to effortlessly query, access, and analyze data with consistency.
Cultivate a data-driven culture across the organization, ensuring decisions are based on factual analysis.
