SafetyCulture Care
SafetyCulture Care is an underwriting agency in the Australian insurance market and our parent company, SafetyCulture has the largest repository of safety data in the world. We are looking to use this data to help businesses run a better, safer business. Combine insurance data and risk management data to help prevent things from going wrong.
SafetyCulture Care is looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to grow and create an innovative approach to manage the insurance data analytics team, establish core Data Governance practices, harnessing external data to drive better insights and develop analytics to support business decision-making. Reporting to the GM Product and Pricing, you’ll implement new analytical and data tools, and manage change across different business units.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to build a business from the ground up and a role that can create new foundational data sets with over a billion checks in the SafetyCulture platform and years of insurance data.
How you can make an impact
As a leader within the business, you’ll have influence over the direction of our data strategy and how we enable our overall business strategy. With your proven track record in data science, data engineering, or analytics and a deep understanding of how to apply external data to solve business challenges, you’ll lay out a vision for the Data team that achieves our ambitious growth targets and enables us to scale our business practices at the same pace. You’ll have the opportunity to build a data function from an underdeveloped state and make a big impact and help change the way insurance is done.
