We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Creative to lead our Film and Creative teams, and elevate our creative content. This role requires someone with a strong and exciting vision who can balance both creative innovation and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and strategy for projects from concept to completion
- Develop and present creative concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand identity and that resonate with target audiences and comply with industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and deliver high-quality creative work
- Work with internal stakeholders to build a robust creative testing process, leveraging performance data to steer creative output and test new messaging and positioning hypotheses based on local insights; doubling down on those that are working
- Lead and mentor the film team to encourage creative direction
- Manage the on-site video studio including workflow
- Be a brand guardian and consistently work to articulate and execute on-brand communication in the company's tone, values, proposition and visual standards
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive
- Understand the multicultural environment and create content which meets the company vision
Requirements:
- Proven concept skills
- Proven experience working across different markets, and utilising local insights to deliver locally relevant and highly impactful creative
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing and developing a team
- Experience working closely and collaboratively with other departments
- Strong portfolio showing creative content and direction
- Experience working on brand and performance campaigns
- Nice to have - knowledge of CFDs
- Previous experience in a regulated company is a strong plus
