About the role:

The Head of Content at Moneyfarm plays a pivotal role in defining and executing the content strategy across all customer touchpoints in both the UK and Italy. This role is central to our marketing strategy and directly contributes to our service delivery, making it a cornerstone of our client engagement and trust-building efforts.

Content at Moneyfarm does more than fill our blogs and guides; it is the primary conduit through which we share our expertise with both prospects and existing customers. It is instrumental in keeping our clients informed about their investments, thereby fostering a deep sense of trust and community.

Responsabilities:

  • Strategic content leadership: Develop and refine the content strategy that supports Moneyfarm’s product and commercial goals, aligning with broader business objectives to enhance market presence and client engagement.
  • Editorial and commercial content development: Oversee the creation of both financial editorial content and product-focused commercial messaging. This includes crafting clear, persuasive narratives that explain market developments, guide investment decisions, and articulate the value of Moneyfarm’s offerings.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company, including investment advisory, marketing, product, and design, to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness. Facilitate a unified message that resonates clearly with our target audiences.
  • Team leadership and development: Manage and mentor a diverse team of 5 content creators and copywriters across multiple languages, fostering a creative environment that encourages innovation and high-quality output.
  • Performance measurement: Implement systems to track and evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies, using insights to drive continuous improvement and greater engagement.

  • Enhance Moneyfarm’s market position by clearly articulating the value proposition through superior content strategies.
  • Boost client retention and satisfaction by providing insightful, timely content that empowers clients and enhances their investment experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in content strategy and production within the wealth management or related financial industry.
  • Proven ability to lead a content team, with excellent communication skills in both English and Italian.
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance assessment.
